I’m Pyae from Burma (Myanmar), the founder and owner of My Valet Ltd. I previously worked in housekeeping including The Savoy Hotel and Governor’s Residence in Yangon (Rangoon). I also ran my own businesses there: Burma Blender Bike and Yangon Valet.
I left Burma in 2023 due to the difficult political and economic situation. For my first year in the UK I worked in housekeeping at the 5* Bath Spa Hotel. Now I am very pleased to have started my own local business in April 2025: My Valet.
I offer housekeeping services and home care for the elderly to private residences in Bath. After 10 months I have 20 customers and my first member of staff, Tom.
I charge £22/hour for housekeeping & gardening services. For Home Care for the elderly my rate is £25/hr which in line with the BANES published rate of £25.26/hr. References from my existing customers are available upon request.
I have the right to live and work in the UK since November 2023. I can issue a share code, linked to my e-visa, from the UK Government Home Office to confirm this directly with you. Please see here for further details.
My Valet Ltd is registered with HMRC for corporation tax & PAYE purposes. It has public liability insurance & employer’s liability insurance. My husband is a Director.
I follow the Care Quality Commission guidelines for home care workers, but do not yet offer personal care.
