I’m Pyae from Burma (Myanmar). I have worked in housekeeping for six years in 5* hotels including The Savoy Hotel and Governor’s Residence in Yangon (Rangoon). I also ran my own businesses there: Burma Blender Bike and Yangon Valet.
I had to leave Burma in 2023 due to the military coup and political situation.
For my first year in the UK I worked in housekeeping at the 5* Bath Spa Hotel. Now I am very pleased to have started my own local business in April 2025: My Valet.
I offer housekeeping services and home care to private residences in Bath. After 3 months I have 13 customers.
New customers are welcome to have a free consultation. Either in your home or business, or come to meet me in my canal boat Freedom Canal Studio where I live with my husband.
I have 6 years of experience working in similar services to those I advertise. Both as a self-employed individual and working as an employee in 3 different 5* hotels.
I charge £20/hour for housekeeping & gardening. services. For Home Care may rate is £25/hr which in line with the BANES published rate of £25.26/hr
I have the right to live and work in the UK since November 2023. I can issue a share code, linked to my e-visa, from the UK Government Home Office to confirm this directly with you. Please see here for further details.
I am the owner of my own company, My Valet Ltd which is registered with HMRC for tax purposes. It has public liability insurance & employer’s liability insurance. My husband is a Director.
I follow the Care Quality Commission guidelines for care workers.
